Had Air Today out to our Davidson home for spring system check or our 2 HVAC systems. Tyler called on his way and showed up earlier than expected which was a big help. He was polite and courteous to us and our dogs who loved him. Checked/tested both systems and the out side pumps as part of our now bi annual system check with Air Today, he conveyed both are working opiimumly. He the cleaned both exterior carrier pumps and the are both spotless and brand new looking. Previous companies had clearly skipped this step for us. Thankful for an honest service call that took their time to do the job right.

My landlord used Air Today to handle a repair to my AC unit. I created a ticket with my landlord a 3:30pm and Air Today was out to me by 5pm! I was so impressed with the communication and the attention to detail right from the moment they called to confirm. Wyatt, the HVAC specialist, arrived on time in a clean branded company van, was polite and even had his own brand new booties he put on to walk in my home. He identified the issue and the communicated the fix to my landlord. He also provided an in between fix so that we would have cold air while we wait on the Landlord's approval. Wyatt was also very patient answering all of our questions as first timers with an HVAC (NYC girl always had window units). I would highly recommend Air Today!

Tyler was extra helpful, informative, and just plain awesome! He fixed our issue along with explaining everything we needed to know. I wish I could have the type of customer service Tyler provided in all customer service situations.

We had the best experience working with Ryan. He was extremely informative, very polite and solved our issue quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use Air Today again and highly recommend Ryan.

Steven handles our yearly maintenance and has educated us on our current system and what might be needed in the future. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain why a system could be better for our home. Looking forward to our next visit.
